The trip may be a surprise, but your answers are crystal clear.

We think planning your travel budget should feel as easy as the trip itself. When you fill out our questionnaire, we’ll give you a starting budget based on your plans, nothing hidden, nothing confusing. If you want to treat yourself to something a little extra (hello, ocean-view suite or hot air balloon ride!), we’ll show you how to make it work. If you're keeping things simple, that’s great too. Either way, we’ll build something amazing around what feels right for you, so you can focus on the fun, not the finances.

  • Think of us as your travel buddy who takes care of all the planning so you can just show up and enjoy the wonders.
     

    We design hyper-personalized trips that feel like they were made only for you - whether it’s a surprise escape where each day brings a new reveal, or a group adventure like a bachelorette, babymoon, honeymoon, birthday getaway, or even a wine-tasting weekend.
     

    We also host retreats that come in two flavors: cozy wellness retreats where you can slow down, recharge, and breathe… and sporty, adventure-filled ones for when you’re craving that adrenaline rush and epic memories.
     

    Whether you’re going solo or bringing your favorite people, we make sure every trip feels personal, joyful, and unforgettable.

      • Get ready to go - 2 weeks before your trip, we’ll send you the weather forecast and packing tips. A couple of days before departure, a surprise envelope arrives in your mailbox with your surprise destination. If you want, we will also send you printed travel guide. Since we want to care about our planet, and we are digital first, you’ll get digital itinerary, guide, packing list and all the information into your inbox.

        On the day you travel, open your envelope, reveal your destination, and let the adventure begin!
         

    • Group Trips

      • Complete the questionnaire - Share your travel dates, budget, group style, hobbies, and interests. You can also let us know if you’d like to choose your destination - or keep it a total surprise.

      • Get your custom proposal - We’ll design a trip that’s hyper-tailored to your group, whether it’s a bachelorette, baby-moon, honeymoon, birthday, or just a getaway with friends.

      • Hop on a free consultation (optional) - If you’d like, we’ll schedule a friendly call to walk through the plan together, adjust details, and make sure everything feels just right.

      • Accept or adjust your proposal - Once you’re happy, we finalize all the details.

      • Get ready to celebrate - We take care of all the planning so you can relax and enjoy. You’ll receive a weather + packing guide two weeks before, and a couple of days before your trip, your WonderSet will arrive in the mail with your destination reveal, printed travel guide (if requested) and some cool swag!
         

    • Dream Trips / Destinations

      • Complete the questionnaire - Tell us where you want to go, your dates, budget, hobbies, and how your dream trip should look like.

      • Get your custom proposal - We’ll design a trip built entirely around your wishes.

      • Accept the proposal - Once you approve, we take care of every detail.

      • Get ready to go - You’ll receive a weather + packing guide two weeks before in your inbox, and a few days before departure, your WonderSet will arrive in the mail with your destination reveal, printed travel guide (if requested) and some cool swag!
         

    • Retreats
      Our retreats are built around people first. We believe the group makes the magic, so before anything else, you’ll fill out a quick application. This helps us really get to know you and make sure everyone we bring together is the right fit. That way, the energy is perfect, and you feel surrounded by people who just “get” you.

      Once you’re in, the excitement begins. The destination and details are shared only with your group, keeping the anticipation alive. The daily schedule stays a surprise until you arrive - but don’t worry, we design everything with care, and you’ll always have the freedom to choose between activities so it feels perfect for you.

      • Wellness Retreats - for slowing down, recharging, and giving yourself the care you deserve. Think cozy mornings, movement that feels good, nourishing meals, and plenty of time to reset.

      • Adventure + Sport Retreats - for travelers who love being active, play sports and being outdoors. Expect hiking, running, biking, tennis, local sports, and fun activities mixed with incredible local food and a few surprises along the way.

      Each group is handpicked so the atmosphere and energy feels just right. The full schedule stays a surprise until day one, keeping the sense of adventure alive while we make sure every detail is planned to perfection.

  • Absolutely-if that’s what you’d like!

    • With our Dream Destinations, you’re in the driver’s seat. Tell us exactly where your heart is set-Lisbon, Santorini, Miami-and we’ll take care of every detail so you can simply show up and enjoy.

    • For Special Moments (like honeymoons, anniversaries, or bachelorettes), you can let us know the place you’ve been dreaming about or ask us for magical suggestions you may not have thought of. We love giving in inspiration if you want a little extra wonder.

  • No worries - you’ll always have a say. Before we plan anything, you’ll fill out a pre-trip survey where you can tell us your dream destinations, your “yes, please!” spots, and the places you’d rather skip. We only plan trips to places you’re open to.

  • We’ll always choose a destination that fits your passport - meaning no pre-applied visa is required. If your trip takes you further away, you may need a visa on arrival, but that’s usually quick and simple to sort out right at the airport when you land.

    Schengen Visa
    If you need a Schengen Visa to travel in Europe, you can still book a WonderWay trip! We just can’t apply for it on your behalf, since you’d need to know your destination during the application process.

     

    Our tip: apply for a double or multiple-entry Schengen Visa while planning another trip. These visas are valid for a few months, which gives you the flexibility to join a WonderWay adventure once you have it. You’ll find more details and application steps on the official Schengen Visa website.

     

    Important note
    Even if you don’t need a visa, some countries won’t allow entry if you’ve already spent 90 days within the Schengen area in the last 180 days. If this applies to you, let us know before booking, or consider choosing different dates for your trip.

    • Surprise Trips
      Tell us what you love, and we’ll do the rest. You’ll fill out a short, fun survey (where you even find out your Travel Animal). Then we plan your flights, hotels, and experiences. You won’t know where you’re going until the day you leave - that’s the best part! Just pack your bags, open your envelope, and get ready for an adventure you’ll never forget.

    • Dream Destinations
      Already know where you want to go? Perfect! Just tell us, and we’ll make it happen. We’ll book the best places to stay, plan local experiences, and handle all the details so your trip feels smooth and special. You dream it - we make it stress-free.

    • Special Moments
      Have something to celebrate? We’ve got you. Whether it’s a bachelorette, honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, or babymoon, we’ll design a trip that feels personal and unforgettable. You share what you’re celebrating and the vibe you want - we’ll bring it to life with just the right touch of surprise.

    • Wonder Retreats
      Want to travel with a small group of amazing people? Our retreats are all about connection and new experiences. Some are for Adventure + Sport - think hiking, biking, or exploring nature. Others are for Wellness - think yoga, calm mornings, and recharging. We handpick the group so the energy feels right, and keep the location and schedule a surprise until it’s time to go. All you need to do is show up and enjoy.

    Plane Trips - Intercontinental
    Think bigger. These are immersive trips between the US and Europe, usually 7-14 nights. It’s adventure, culture, and memory-making all in one.

  • Absolutely! We love planning honeymoons and anniversary escapes. Whether you’re looking for romantic time together, relaxation, or a bit of both, we’ll craft something truly unforgettable that’s all about the two of you.
  • Yes! We love creating extra-special experiences for once-in-a-lifetime moments like surprise proposals and birthday getaways. Let us know what you have in mind-and we’ll add the magic.
  • How many people can I book for?
    Surprise trips are available for 1 to 4 travelers.
    Group and special moment trips (like bachelorettes or birthdays) can include up to 12 people.
    Just let us know in your trip questionnaire how many are joining, and we’ll take it from there!
  • We organize travel from one departure city or airport for each trip, so your group can either meet up and travel together from the same place, or organize your own transport to a shared starting point. Once you’re together, we’ll handle everything from there to make the journey seamless and stress-free.

  • We coordinate directly with one main point of contact for each group trip-that’s the person who fills out the questionnaire and communicates your group’s preferences.
     

    Once we prepare your trip proposal, it can be shared with the whole group so everyone can review the plan and discuss it together. The main point of contact then gathers feedback and sends it back to us for any adjustments.
     

    After everything is confirmed, we’ll share a digital itinerary and travel guide that can easily be passed along to the group-so everyone feels informed, excited, and ready to go!
     

    Want to make it a group activity? You’re more than welcome to complete the questionnaire together and make the decisions as a team.

  • At the moment, we organize trip planning and payments through one main point of contact. This helps us keep things smooth and stress-free, but we're always evolving, so stay tuned for more flexible options soon!

Bookings

  • It all starts with our quick and fun trip questionnaire!

    Once you fill it out, we’ll match you to the perfect destination based on your style, preferences, and budget.

    For Surprise Trips, you’ll get two options:

    1. Preview & Confirm - We’ll send you a personalized proposal before booking.

    2. Book Now Surprise - If you're ready to jump in, skip the preview and get a $100 bonus perk added to your trip (like a local experience or room upgrade).

     

    For Special Moments like honeymoons, anniversaries, and bachelorettes, we often recommend a free travel design consultation call. These once-in-a-lifetime trips deserve extra care-and we love getting the details just right with you.

  • The earliest you can travel is 3 weeks from today. That gives us time to craft your trip with the thoughtful details that make it feel effortless and special.
  • Yes! You set the dates or date range in the questionnaire, and we’ll plan everything around your availability.
  • If you don’t have a valid passport, no worries! You can still enjoy a road trip or same-continent getaway (like within the US or Europe). For international trips, make sure your passport is valid before booking.
  • No problem-just tell us the earliest date you’re available to travel in your questionnaire. We’ll plan everything to begin after that.
  • Currently, our trips aren’t designed for pets. We recommend organizing pet care at home so you can travel carefree and focus on making memories.
  • We can pre-book car for you-for road trips, but costs of rental is not included in the budget as you will need to pay it yourself when renting a car. You can also book it yourself, or we can pre-book it for you. Just note:
    You’ll need a credit card in your name to finalize the rental.
  • Don’t worry-we’ll send you a personalized packing guide about 2 weeks before your trip, with weather updates and everything you’ll need to feel prepared and excited.
  • We’ll send your boarding passes straight to you before your trip - no extra work needed on your side. All you have to do is pack, open your WonderSet envelope, and get ready to go.
  • We’ll include all timing details in your itinerary-like when to be at the airport or where to meet for your road trip-so you can head off feeling calm and confident.
  • Your trip plan includes guidance on transportation-whether it’s local transit, rental cars, transfers, or walkable areas. Everything is designed to be smooth and fun. You will also have possibility to choose your own transport, just tell us in questionnaire!
  • Yes! We believe travel should be for everyone. Just let us know about any accessibility needs in your questionnaire, and we’ll make sure accommodations, transport, and experiences are inclusive and comfortable.
  • Definitely. We’re committed to inclusive travel. Share any specific needs or requests in your questionnaire, and we’ll thoughtfully tailor your experience to ensure it’s safe, enjoyable, and empowering.

Budget & Payment

  • At WonderWay, we make sure your trip feels like an incredible value while keeping things simple and transparent. Prices below are per person when booking for 2 people:

    • Road trips - start at $450 USD per hotel room per night, depending on your location and route.

    • Continental plane trips - start at $850 USD/person for multiple travelers ($1,300 for solo travelers). in the US and $650 USD/person for multiple travelers ($850 for solo travelers) in Europe.

    • Intercontinental trips - start at $2900 USD/person for multiple travelers ($3450

      for solo travelers).

  • Once your trip is confirmed, we will send you a secure credit card authorization form.

    We use the credit card authorization form to pay suppliers directly on your behalf. Because we act as your booking agent, all pricing, availability, cancellations, and refunds are governed by each supplier’s terms and conditions. This means in some cases, you may not be eligible for a refund, change, or cancellation.

  • Road Trips
    You’ll enjoy pre-booked accommodations (hotel or apartment), a suggested pit stop along the way, and curated recommendations for must-see spots. Each day comes with restaurants recommendation, plus at least one pre-booked activity or gift card. Your WonderWay service fee are also included.
     

    Plane Trips
    Your trip includes pre-booked accommodations (hotel or apartment), round-trip plane tickets, and hand-picked recommendations for things to see, do, and explore. We also include restaurant recommendation each day, plus at least one pre-booked activity or gift card. The WonderWay service fee is built right in, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

  • Yes! We only need a minimum budget to ensure your trip feels wonderful, and the more room you give us, the more magic we can add, like upgraded hotels, extra activities, or those special little touches that turn a getaway into a truly unforgettable adventure.
  • At the moment, airport transfers and road trip gas aren’t included, since every traveler’s plans differ - but you can add airport transfer as additional option, just let us know and we will make it happen!
  • For now, we process one payment per booking. But don’t worry - many of our travelers simply split the cost among themselves afterward.

Changes & Cancellations

  • If your plans have to shift, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and check availability with our partners to see what options might be possible. Since every partner has their own policy, date changes cannot always be guaranteed, but we will do everything we can to assist.

  • Please contact us as soon as you know you may need to cancel. We will review your booking and reach out to our partners to check what can be recovered. Since each partner has its own cancellation policy, refunds depend on their conditions and the timing of your request.

    If any part of your trip is refundable, we will return those funds to you in the form of a WonderWay gift card, which you can use for a future trip whenever the time is right. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and while we cannot guarantee full refunds, we will always do our best to help you recover as much as possible.

  • If your trip is disrupted or cancelled due to events like natural disasters or other force majeure situations, we can’t guarantee compensation or full refunds since these are unforeseeable and outside our control.

    That said, we’ll always do our best to recover refunds wherever possible.

    We also strongly recommend reviewing your travel insurance policy, as many plans offer coverage in these situations.

Accommodations & Flights

  • We handpick every place with care so you can relax knowing it’ll be clean, comfortable, well-located, and safe. We only book accommodations that are highly rated and always make sure you’ll have your own private space - never sharing a bedroom or bathroom with strangers.

    You get to choose what fits you best: hotel, boutique hotel, apartment, or unique stay. Hotels come with a reception and housekeeping, apartments usually include a kitchenette and shared area. Just let us know your preference in the survey and we’ll prioritize it wherever possible.

    Our standard trips include 3-star (or equivalent) properties, but if you’d like to upgrade to 4-star+ stays, you can absolutely do that. Just let us know if the questionnaire!


    No matter what you choose, towels, toiletries, and WiFi are always included - because the little things matter, too.

  • Yes! In your questionnaire, you can tell us if you’d like a hotel, apartment, boutique hotel, or unique stay. Our standard is 3-star hotels, but you can upgrade to 4-star+ if you’d like.

  • Just let us know in your questionnaire as we can adjust number of rooms to your preferences. The maximum is 4 adults per room. If your group has 5 or more travelers, you’ll need at least 2 rooms.
  • Yes - for plane trips, round-trip flights with standard hand luggage are always included.

  • You get a say! In your pre-trip survey, you can share your preferences - like departure airport, and dates. We’ll always aim for flights that are comfortable, efficient, and budget-friendly.
     

    Since prices and routes can change depending on the season and location, we’ll find the best options available at the time of booking. If you’d like more flexibility or specific upgrades, just let us know - we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • A standard carry-on is always included in your trip. The exact size and weight depend on the airline, but usually this means two pieces per person - one small suitcase for the overhead bin and one personal item that fits under the seat.

    Need extra room? No problem - you can add checked luggage after booking for an additional $200 per bag.

  • Yes! You can! Since we will provide you with all the details before, you can add your frequent fyler number to your reservation and earn points!

  • Flight disruptions are never fun - but don’t worry, your airline is responsible for taking care of you and making all the alternative arrangements. That can include rebooking you on a new flight and, if needed, providing overnight accommodation.

    Because updates happen first at the airport, you’ll usually hear news directly from your airline staff or app before we’re notified.

    Here’s what you can do to make things smoother:

    1. Add your flight to the airline’s app - Use the booking reference from your itinerary and your last name. This lets you see updates, make changes, or check new arrangements right away. If the app asks for an email, use the one listed in your travel documents (and if that doesn’t work, just reach out to us).

    2. Listen for announcements at the airport - Airlines usually give passengers information on the ground before they update online systems. Sometimes this takes a little time, so patience is key.

    3. If you need overnight accommodation - Your airline is responsible for providing this, usually through a voucher or direct hotel booking. If they don’t provide it, you may need to book a reasonable hotel yourself (think 3-star level or under) and keep all receipts. You can claim these costs back from your airline later.

    4. Save all receipts for extra expenses - Meals, transport, or other costs caused by your delay can often be reimbursed by the airline. Check your airline’s website for details on what’s covered.

    5. If your flight is cancelled with no alternatives offered - You may need to book new travel (another airline or even a different mode of transport). Again, keep all receipts - these can usually be claimed back.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange alternative accommodation and transportation on your behalf as airlines typically only allow passengers to make claims for compensation and reimbursement.

    But we’ll always pass along updates as soon as we have them and be here to guide you if you need support.
     

    The bottom line: while delays and cancellations are stressful, you’ll always get the fastest and most accurate information right at the airport, and your airline is responsible for looking after you. And of course - we’ve got your back if you need help along the way.

  • Wonder Retreats are small-group getaways designed to connect people through shared experiences. We offer three types:​

    • Sports & Adventure Retreat: For those who love an active escape. Expect energizing workouts, scenic hikes, boat days, cooking classes, shared dinners, and plenty of fun woven into every day. It’s movement, sunshine, great food, and adventure all in one.​

    • Wellness Retreat: Perfect for anyone craving a softer reset. Think yoga by the pool, slow mornings, cultural experiences, scenic walks, cozy workshops, and time to breathe deeply. Calm, connection, and meaningful moments take the lead.​

    • Longevity Retreat: For anyone seeking lasting vitality. These retreats combine gentle longevity fitness with therapies that enhance strength, mobility, and natural energy. Expect detoxifying rituals, oxygenation and hydrotherapy sessions, nourishing practices for cellular renewal, and relaxing moments that calm the mind. It is a refreshing blend of science, balance, and sensory wellbeing designed to support healthier habits and help you feel renewed from the inside out.

      We host retreats in amazing places across the world. 

  • Regular trips focus on exploring a destination with flexibility and personalization. Retreats are all about the group experience - moving, working out, relaxing, and spending meaningful time together with like-minded people. They follow a shared program with fixed dates and activities led by a host or facilitator. 

  • All Wonder Retreats are group-based, but we carefully curate each group so the energy flows well, and everyone feels comfortable and connected.

  • Your stay, meals, activities, and retreat experiences are covered. You only need to arrange your transport to and from the retreat location - we take care of the rest.

Gift Certificates

  • Yes, we do! WonderWay gift certificates are available from $200 to $2000 and make the perfect present. https://www.wonderyourway.com/gift-certificates

  • When you book a trip you can choose "redeem gift certificates" simply add your code there and voila - all done!

  • Absolutely! A WonderWay trip makes an unforgettable birthday, anniversary, or just-because gift. The recipient can use it for any of our trips.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable, but the good news is you can always pass them on or save them for another adventure.

  • Yes! If the trip costs more than the gift certificates amount, you (or the person you gifted it to) can simply add the difference.

  • All gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
